WELCOME TO RAMS TRACK/XC 2024!
It's time to get ready for the Rams 2024 Track and Field Season! These are the steps that you need to follow to get cleared to practice and compete. NO ATHLETE IS TO REPORT TO CONDITIONING/PRACTICE UNTIL ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS ARE COMPLETED IN DRAGONFLY MAX!
You will need to upload the doctor signature page of the DeKalb County Physical Form (Link Below) as well as your insurance info. All other forms are already loaded in Dragonfly.
After you are "GREEN" in Dragonfly Max, you can report to practice/conditioning.
Note: Track & Field conditioning will resume on Wednesday, 1/3/2024. We meet on the track on Mondays, & Wednesdays (3:30-5:00pm) unless otherwise indicated. The last day for conditioning will be on Wednesday, January 10th.
Tryouts for this years team will be on January 16th and 17th, 2024. You must sign up to get cleared for conditioning/tryouts at the following link: Conditioning/Tryout Sign-up
