 GALILEO is an online library portal to authoritative, subscription-only information that isn’t available through free search engines or Web directories. It provides access to over 100 databases indexing thousands of periodicals and scholarly journals.  Password required for access off campus.
 Explora for High School is EBSCO's interface designed for high school students. Students can browse topics of interest or search for a topic of their choice across a variety of encyclopedias, journals, magazines and media.  

Use Gale Power Search to search ALL Gale databases, eBooks, and reference materials available at Arabia Mountain High School. This includes, GREENR, US History in Context, World History in Context, Literature Resource Center and more! Password is required for use on and off campus
 Global Issues in Context is an innovative and comprehensive resource exploring global social issues.  It includes authoritative reference content with full-text magazines, academic journals, news articles, primary source documents, images, videos, audio files and links to vetted websites.  Password required for access. 

The Global Reference on the Environment, Energy, and Natural Resources focuses on the physical, social, and economic aspects of environmental issues. Portals include authoritative analysis, academic journals, news, case studies, legislation, conference proceedings, primary source documents, statistics, and rich multimedia. U.S. History in Context provides contextual information on hundreds of the most significant people, events and topics in U.S. History. it includes authoritative reference content ,full-text magazines, academic journals, news articles, primary source documents, images, videos, audio files and links to vetted websites. Literature Resource Center provides full-text articles from scholarly journals and literary magazines combining critical essays, work and topic overviews, full-text works, biographies, and more to provide a wealth of information on authors, their works, and literary movements. 
 

The National Geographic Virtual Library supports a range of scholarly research needs in the areas of science, history, technology, the environment, cultures, and more. Password required on and off campus

  World Book Encyclopedia Advanced online includes reference articles, research tools and access to 1000's of online fiction & non-fiction ebooks.
  Britannica School High provides teachers and students access to encyclopedia articles, images, videos, editorially-selected websites, and more. Users are able to select the reading level of their articles. Students also have access to research guides to help them learn about the research process. Access is provided via Galileo. Password required off campus.
