The AMHS Summer Bridge Program will be held from Monday, July 25th to Thursday, July 28th from 9 am-1 pm. All 9th-grade students are invited to attend as they transition to high school. Our Summer Bridge Program will allow our 9th-grade students to get to know our school's values, expectations, and traditions.  There is no cost for the Summer Bridge program. However, if your student would like a Summer Bridge T-Shirt and would like to participate in the End of the Week Celebration, the cost is $20.  All students should complete the Google Form by scanning the QR Code on the flyer.

The AMHS Class of 2022 will graduate Saturday, May 21, 11:30 am, at Hallford Stadium. Due to the limited number of tickets provided to each graduate, DeKalb County School District will stream the graduation ceremony live. Please visit DCSD's Graduation Central to watch the graduation.

Register today for the Math and Science Summer Enrichment Academy, June 6-9, 9:00am-1:00pm. Students will be served breakfast and lunch and are responsible for their own transportation to AMHS. Mrs. Williams' Audio, Video, Technology, & Film students received an Honorable Mention at the 2022 Dekalb County Film Festival. “Best Acting” in the novice category went to Micah Mallory, Kendall Baker, Keniya Alexander, Terrell Davis, Madison Heath, and Courtney Person for “Who Will It Be?” You can view their video HERE.
