Congratulations, AMHS Girls Who Code!

Nine members of AMHS Girls Who Code were recognized for their participation in the annual Congressional App Challenge for Georgia's 4th Congressional District. Congressman Hank Johnson honored these students on Thursday, February 23: Daniellange Auguste, Alasia Brown, Jordyn Coleman, Morgan Cosby, Toni Dismuke, Jayla Lay, Alin Nunez, Leanna Paulk, and Sauyer Stewart. Also receiving special recognition were AMHS educators and Girls Who Code club sponsors Ms. Shenica Bridges-Mathieu and  Ms. Lawanda Stephens-Sanford.

The Congressional App Challenge is a public effort to encourage kids to learn to code through annual district-wide competitions sponsored by members of Congress for their districts. Way to go, Rams!
