facilitate these sessions for our students. YOU have the opportunity to choose the best option that works with your schedule or your student's preferred learning method! We are offering to ALL grade levels

"LIVE" CLASSROOM SESSIONS with APPLEROUTH INSTRUCTOR
Details:
As a participant in the classroom, you will receive a 16 hour,
structured review of major SAT concepts and strategies from a tutor trained to
deliver content in an interesting way. Test guides & session notes are
provided to help simplify the studying process. Additionally, after each mock
test, you will receive a detailed results analysis to help you chart your own
unique course towards mastering the test.

Math, and Technology Center of Excellence
"VIRTUAL" CLASSROOM SESSIONS with SMATCOE INSTRUCTOR
Details:
SMATCOE SAT/ACT Prep Course Overview
Science, Math, and Technology Center of Excellence (SMATCOE) is conducting
SAT/ACT Prep for Arabia Mountain High School (and the surrounding community)
online via GoToMeeting sessions. Students will attend from the comfort of home,
only needing access to the Internet to connect to the session. All class
sessions will be taught by Chris Millett (owner of SMATCOE) using GoToMeeting,
a webcam pointing to a dry erase board, and student material (with concepts,
examples, and practice). Students will receive a 300-page material packet at
the orientation, attend 15 2-hour class sessions, and obtain unlimited access
to online SAT/ACT Prep and Math Enrichment reinforcement resources. They will
also take a pre-assessment before the course and a post-assessment at the end
of the course. SMATCOE offers comprehensive training with intense focus on the
fundamentals. Test-taking strategies are built on top of the fundamentals, with
an emphasis on the following content areas:
