WELCOME TO RAMS TRACK/XC 2024-2025!
It's time to get ready for the Rams 2025 Track and Field Season! These are the steps that you need to follow to get cleared to practice and compete. NO ATHLETE IS TO REPORT TO CONDITIONING/PRACTICE UNTIL ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS ARE COMPLETED IN Final Forms!
After you are "GREEN" in Final Forms, you can report to practice/conditioning.
Note: Practice for Track and Field will begin on Monday, 1/27. Unless otherwise indicated, we will meet Monday through Friday, from 3:35 - 5:15, on the track. Come dressed and ready to workout. Throwers and Jumpers may practice until 5:30-5:45 at times.
