After 5pm on December 13, you can check your child's status in the DCSD School Choice application portal. You will also receive an email from the DCSD School Choice office with your child's lottery status. It will say selected or wait list. If you child is selected, you will also get an email with instructions on what to do next. Please DO NOT call the school to inquire about lottery selection; login to the application portal or check your email after 5pm on December 13.

If your lottery seat is not accepted within 5 business days, the seat will be given to the next student in line. If a seat is accepted, all other choice options will be removed.

You will be given a waiting list number if your child is on the waiting list. Please DO NOT call the school to inquire about your waiting list status. We do not control or process the lottery or the waiting list.
